How do I book an appointment?
Bookings are managed directly through our artists’ Instagram profiles. Visit the ‘Booking’ page to find each artist’s Instagram handle and send them a direct message to discuss your ideas and schedule a session.
What does it mean you are a 'collective'?
This means we’re not your typical shop setup. Instead, we’re al equal co-owners, each bringing our own style, vision, and creativity to the shop.
By working as a collective, we share responsibilities, decisions, and the passion
that drives us. It’s a special constellation we’re proud of, and ti allows us to create a unique, collaborative environment-for us and for you.
Does getting a tattoo hurt?
Pain levels vary depending on individual tolerance and the tattoo’s location. Generally, tattoos can cause discomfort, with certain areas being more sensitive than others. Our artists strive to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during the process.
Can I cancel my appointment?
We have a non-refundable policy
regarding the deposit, but we can
reschedule your appointment as
long as you reach out earlier than 48 hours before the session and
then your deposit will be transferred to the new session.
Why this?
We put a lot of work into each design, therefore it’s crucial to
cancel ahead of time. This allows us to spend time on other great projects – ultimately providing the best quality of work every day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.
Do I need a touch up?
You rarely need a touch up, but if for some reason something doesn’t heal as
it should we’re happy to help with a touch up. Contact us for an appointment and we’ll take it from there
